HiFluid independently developed Hydrogen Compression System integrates a hydraulic driven gas booster, hydraulic power unit, cooling system, precision control cabinet, valves, instruments, and safety features into a mobile, skid-mounted steel structure. By using high-pressure hydraulic oil to directly drive pistons for hydrogen compression, the system achieves complete physical isolation between hydrogen and hydraulic oil. This design fundamentally eliminates the risk of oil contamination, ensuring the purity of the output hydrogen.
The skid-mounted design significantly simplifies the installation process, enabling rapid deployment. The system boasts exceptional features including ultra-high output pressure (45-100MPa), superior sealing performance (effectively suppressing leakage of small hydrogen molecules), stable operation (low vibration and noise), flexible start-stop capability and easy maintenance.
This system serves not only as the critical boosting unit for achieving 35MPa or 70 MPa high-pressure refueling in hydrogen refueling stations (HRS), but is also widely applicable in green hydrogen production, hydrogen cylinder filling, chemical hydrogenation processes, and high pressure hydrogen cylinder testing scenarios. It provides a reliable, modular solution for safe, efficient, and pure hydrogen compression.
