Hydrogen valve test bench is designed and manufactured in accordance with the GB/T 42536‐2023 standard for High-Pressure Hydrogen Storage Cylinder Combination Valves for Vehicles. It serves as a testing device for air-tightness leakage tests, electrical performance tests, and flow tests of cylinder valves, pressure regulators, and other similar hydrogen system valves.
The bench has been granted the first invention patent in the field of vacuum leak detection for hydrogen valves, providing an efficient, stable, and reliable solution for hydrogen valve performance testing.
The testing pressure reaches up to 105 MPa, with the core power components utilizing a gas booster independently developed and designed by HiFluid. This booster features a unique sealing structure, requires no lubrication, and ensures contamination-free compression of the medium.
