The HiFluid Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP) is a safety control system designed for the centralized control of wellhead safety valves and actuators in oil and gas wells. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with API 6A Specification for Wellhead and Christmas Tree Equipment, API 14B Design, Installation, Repair, and Operation of Subsurface Safety Valve Systems, and API 14A Specification for Subsurface Safety Valve Equipment.
The system supports pneumatic, manual, and electric actuation, enabling reliable control of the wellhead master valve, wing valve, and safety valves. It also provides interlock protection and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) functions to ensure safe wellhead operation under all operating conditions.
The WHCP can be customized according to site conditions, control logic, and application requirements, making it suitable for a wide range of onshore and offshore oil and gas field applications.
